Research progress on the application of different bone graft materials in orthopedic surgery

Abstract：In recent years,with the increasing number of orthopedic surgeries,the demand for bone graft materials has gradually increased.In addition,the number of bone defects caused by various traumatic factors and bone tumor dis‐eases is increasing.Simple autologous bone tissue is difficult to meet surgical needs,and the preparation of new bone de‐fect repair materials has become one of the current research hotspots.At present,the main bone grafting materials used in clinical practice include autologous bone,allogeneic bone,decalcified bone matrix,artificial bone replacement materials and stem cells,etc.This article provides a comprehensive review of its research application situation.
