Abstract：This paper reviews the mechanism of action,application status,clinical efficacy and implementation difficulties of cognitive interventions,motor interventions,and their synergistic interventions inpatients with vascular cognitive impairment.It focuses on comparing the characteristics and limitations of different intervention modes,aiming to provide a reference for the formulation of evidence-based and individualized rehabilitation programs.
