Abstract：Heart failure refers to the structural or functional abnormalities of the heart leading to impaired ventricular filling and ejection ability,which leads to symptoms or signs related to heart failure.It is the end stage of various heart dis-eases.Self-management of patients with heart failure is crucial to improve the prognosis of the disease,but patients with heart failure generally have the problem of insufficient disease management.Digital health technology provides a new way for self-management of patients with heart failure by breaking through the traditional management mode.This paper pro-vides an overview of digital health and summarizes the application form,application effect and application dilemma of digi-tal health intervention in the self-management of patients with heart failure,in order to provide diversified solutions for the self-management of patients with heart failure in China.
