Abstract：Cognitive reserve refers to an individual's ability to maximize the use of intelligent strategies and mobilize resources to optimize cognitive performance.The neural mechanisms of cognitive reserve in delaying the progression of mild cognitive impairment are neural reserve and neural compensation.Based on the theory of cognitive reserve,this arti-cle analyzes the intervention measures for mild cognitive impairment in diabetes in recent years,including exercise inter-vention,cognitive intervention,and combined exercise and cognitive intervention,with the aim of providing references for clinical practice and research.
