Abstract:Lower extremity arterial revascularization is a surgical method used to treat lower extremity arterial disease and restore or improve blood circulation in the lower extremities.Frailty is one of the important factors affecting the progno-sis of patients.This article reviews the status,assessment tools,adverse outcomes,and intervention measures of frailty in patients undergoing lower extremity revascularization,aiming to provide a reference for clinical nursing staff to select stan-dardized frailty assessment tools,quickly identify frail patients,and intervene early.
