Visualization analysis of domestic and international research on institutional pensionbased on CiteSpace

Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the research status and hot spots in the field of institutional pension-domestic and international,and to provide reference for the development of institutional pension in China in the future.Methods CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to visualize and analyze the Web of Science core dataset,China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)core literature on institutional pensions in terms of annual publications,authors and research institutions,and keyword clustering.Results A total of 1 677 English literatures and 917 Chinese literatures were in-cluded.The number of published Chinese literature showed an increasing trend year by year,while the overall number of published English literature was stable and absolutely dominant.The research team and institutions showed that XIE Hong,YU Xiuli and TANG Qiqun were high-frequency authors in the field of institutional pension in China.In Canada,Australia,and the United States,there was many researchin the field of elderly care institutions,with ESTABROOKS C,CHEN H,APARASU R being among the most frequent authors.Keyword co-occurrence results showed that the domestic hot spots were pension institutions,the elderly,institutional pension,nursing homes,influencing factors,combination of medical and health care,quality of life,aging,and quantitative study.Foreign countries mainly focused on nursing home,old adult,long-term care,depression,long-term care facility assessment,qualitative study,dementia,health and quality of life.The keyword emergence analysis showed that domestic emergence words lasting more than 3 years were quality of life,nursing home,service quality,and weakness;foreign ones included hip fracture,surveillance,predictor,qualitative research,and so on.Conclusions The research on institutional pensionis on the rise in general,and there is still a gap between domesticand foreign countries.It is suggested that domestic researchers refine and broaden their research content and methods to construct an institutional care model with Chinese characteristics.
