Abstract:The cause of pulmonary fibrosis is unknown, progressive aggravation, gradual decline of lung function, and few clinical drugs for treatment. It was found that traditional Chinese medicine monomer can play a role in treating bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in animal model in the process of epithelial interstitial transformation and related sig-naling pathway, activation of autophagy, inhibition of macrophage polarization and inhibition of endoplasmic reticulum stress.
