Research progress on reversible cognitive frailty in older adults

Abstract：Reversible cognitive frailty,as one of the subtypes of cognitive decline,is characterized by reversibility and can effectively predict adverse events such as all-cause mortality and dementia in older adults.This article reviews five aspects of reversible cognitive frailty,including the concept,current status,assessment tools,influencing factors,and in-tervention methods,to increase healthcare professionals'attention to reversible cognitive frailty in older adults and provide a theoretical basis for the development of effective interventions and long-term care programs for this population in the fu-ture.
