A case report of hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma complicated with lactic acidosis

Abstract：In clinical diagnosis and treatment,cases of blood glucose as high as 120.7 mmol/L are extremely rare,and related clinical cases are rarely reported.Under the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode,the hospital suc-cessfully rescued 1 patient with hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma complicated by lactic acidosis,severe electrolyte imbal-ance and systemic multi-organ dysfunction by applying the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
