Abstract:Non-ST elevated myocardial infarction often occurs in the elderly population, with atypical clinical symp-toms and significant individual differences. The short-term case fatality rate is on the rise, and the long-term prognosis is poor, posing a serious threat to human life and health.Common risk factors for predicting patient death include:demo-graphic factors(age, gender),laboratory examination indicators(high sensitivity troponin I or T,creatinine, glomerular filtration rate,BNP/NT-proBNP,creatine kinase, white blood cells,hemoglobin,D-dimer levels),etc.Common risk pre-diction models include the GRACE scoring model and the CAMI-NSTEMI scoring model, which predict the risk of death during hospitalization;risk models for predicting short-term mortality(TIMI model and PURSUIT model);risk models for predicting long-term mortality(KAMIR model),and so on.
