Abstract:Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is the prodromal stage of Alzheimer's disease(AD)and has a high proba-bility of developing into AD.Mind-body therapy is a treatment method or technique based on the theory of mind-body inter-action,which can improve the cognitive function of MCI patients, and has become a research hotspot in MCI in recent years.Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)can reflect changes in brain structure and function, providing strong evidence for exploring changes in structure and function at the brain level of mind-body therapies in patients with MCI.This article reviewed the MRI manifestations of mind-body therapy interventions in MCI,aiming to explore the brain plasticity mecha-nism of mind-body therapy on MCI,and provide a basis for the clinical promotion of mind-body therapy.
