Abstract:Objective To construct the quality evaluation system of chronic disease management in pension institu-tions.Methods According to the relevant regulations and literature, combined with the structural process result model, the evaluation index system was preliminarily established. The index of the final evaluation system was determined accord-ing to the results of two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. The weight of each index was calculated by combining DEMA-TEL and ANP.Results Through two rounds of expert consultation, the quality evaluation system of chronic disease man-agement in elderly care institutions with 3 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes and 30 third-level indexes was estab-lished.The results of DEMATEL method showed that the indicators with high centrality were C31 chronic disease manage-ment service satisfaction and C32 chronic disease management self-efficacy.The results of ANP method show that the indi-cators with high weight were"general practitioner allocation""chronic disease complication control level""chronic disease management self-efficacy"and other aspects. Conclusions A set of chronic disease management quality evaluation sys-tem for elderly care institutions has been successfully constructed,in which the allocation of general practitioners in elderly care institutions is a key indicator to evaluate the quality of chronic disease management in pension institutions.Mean-while,the process of chronic disease management should be centered on the elderly, and the self-efficacy of chronic dis-ease management of the elderly should be improved to improve the quality of chronic disease management.
