Abstract：Liquid fermented feed is a type of liquid feed produced by adding water to complete feed or part of feed raw materials and inoculating them with bacterial strains for fermentation.It can effectively utilize by-products of liquid food processing and local raw materials,and is of great significance in reducing breeding costs and improving breeding benefits.Moreover,liquid fermented feed has the functions of stimulating appetite,enhancing the digestion and utilization rate of nutrients,regulating the intestinal microecological balance of the host,improving meat quality and reducing nitrogen and phosphorus emissions.Especially under the pressure of the ban on antibiotics in feed,the reduction of antibiotics in breeding and environmental protection,liquid fermented feed,as a new type of environmentally friendly and green biological feed,has attracted more and more attention and attempts from pig breeding producers.This article mainly reviews the key factors affecting the quality and effect of liquid fermented feed,the efficacy of liquid fermented feed and the research progress of its application in pig breeding,with the aim of providing references for the research and development and promotion of liquid fermented feed.
