Abstract：Canine coronavirus disease of enteritis type is a highly contagious disease with gastroenteritis as the main symptom.It mainly affects young dogs,especially puppies under 2 months old,which are highly susceptible to infection and have a relatively high fatality rate.This article elaborates on the pathogen,epidemiology,pathogenic mechanism,immune mechanism,prevention and treatment of canine coronavirus disease of enteritis type from multiple perspectives,aiming to provide references for the immune research,diagnosis,prevention and treatment of this disease,and to formulate effective prevention and treatment measures based on epidemiological laws,pathogenic mechanism,immune mechanism and clinical practice experience.
