Abstract:With global warming,heat stress has become a significant challenge affecting production efficiency and animal welfare in the dairy farming industry.The article outlines the concept of heat stress and its impacts on the overall physiological state of dairy cows,with a focus on discussing the effects of heat stress on the rumen microbiota and blood physiological and biochemical indexes.It emphasizes that future research should further investigate the complex relationship between heat stress and dairy cows'physiological functions,while developing effective strategies to mitigate heat stress,thereby ensuring the sustainable development of the dairy industry.
