Research progress on detection methods and reference material of polypeptide antibiotic

Abstract：The irregular use of polypeptide antibiotics can cause bacterial resistance,which affects the development of livestock breeding and public health safety.In order to improve the detection efficiency of polypeptide antibiotics,various detection methods have been developed in the previous work.However,due to the lack of standard substances of polypeptide antibiotics,it is difficult to guarantee the consistency of the results of different measurement methods.In this paper,the characteristics and application of detection methods for polypeptide antibiotics were discussed,and the necessity of developing standard substances for polypeptide antibiotics was analyzed in order to further improve the detection ability of polypeptide antibiotics.
