Abstract：Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease caused by Brucella,which can cause reproductive disorders and arthritis in livestock.The spread of brucellosis is fast and wide,which will affect the healthy growth of cattle and sheep,and then cause harm to the cultural economy in China.The paper summarizes the pathogenic characteristics,diagnostic techniques and control measures of brucellosis,in order to provide a reference for exploring effective prevention and control methods of brucellosis and healthy breeding of cattle and sheep.
