Abstract：During the development process of mammalian ovarian follicles,accompanied by insulin-mediated glucose uptake,it can reduce phenomena such as follicular atresia or degeneration,further improve the number of ovulation and the quality of oocytes,and ultimately affect the ability of fertilization,embryo development and litter giving.The article mainly discusses the regulation mechanism of insulin-glucose signaling pathway in the development of mammalian follicles,and excavates important information about the influence of insulin-glucose signaling pathway on mammalian follicle development,so as to provide some references for the related research in the field of mammalian reproduction.
