Diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis secondary to enteritis and nephritis in a cat

Abstract:A case with cat vomiting as the main symptom was clinically admitted.After clinical examination,laboratory examination and special examination,comprehensive examination results confirmed that the case was acute pancreatitis caused by excessive secretion of cat's own pancreatic fluid,and secondary caused enteritis and nephritis.Following the treatment principles of eliminating etiology,replenishing body fluids,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,symptomatic treatment,rational drug use,and strengthening nursing,the cat recovered after 6 days of treatment.The article summarized and analyzed the diagnosis and treatment methods and preventive measures of this case of enteritis and nephritis secondary to acute pancreatitis in cats,in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of related diseases.
