Study on the mechanism of quercetin in lowering lipid

Abstract：The aim of the study was to explore the effect of quercetin on hyperlipidemia by means of network pharmacology.The experiment utilized the Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(Herb 2.0 Database, collect targets for quercetin.Hyperlipemia targets were collected using the Genecards database( Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was employed to construct a protein-protein interaction(PPI)network of the intersection of quercetin and hyperlipemia targets.The David platform was utilized for enrichment analysis of key targets.The results showed that 101 intersecting targets of quercetin and hyperlipidemia were obtained.The PPI network between quercetin and hyperlipidemia was composed of 101 nodes and 1 938 edges.In GO analysis,423,29 and 68 items were enriched in biological process,cell composition and molecular function modules,respectively.A total of 121 pathways were obtained by KEGG enrichment analysis.The study indicates that the trial initially reveales the multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism of quercetin anti-hyperlipidemia,and provides a reference for the research and clinical application of quercetin anti-hyperlipidemia.
