Abstract:In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the waste protein in the slaughterhouse and obtain the necessary strains for utilization of waste protein in the preparation of amino acid liquid fertilizer, the experiment used the soil samples from the sewage pond of the cattle and sheep slaughterhouse in Lanzhou as the material to separate and screen for efficient protein decomposition bacteria.A target strain was screened in the experiment. After morphological identification, physiological, biochemical and molecular identification, the strain was Ehrlich bacteria sp.Ferguson, numbered NwMCC01910027,and the protease activity was 69.52 U/mL.
