Abstract：This text has given a summary about goat and sheep fibroblast cell line construction technique and biological characteristics detection, including initial fibroblast cell culture, transfer of culture and purification, cell cryopreservation and resuscitation, testing cell vital force, testing cell growth curve, cell karyotype analysis, et al. The aim was to review achieve-ments of the technique of fibroblast cell line construction, and to look into the future of its us-ing in modern animal husbandry.
