Condition survey of the ?-lactam drugs residual in fresh milk from Liaoyang District

Abstract：25 batches of fresh milk were taken from local farms to test the residue of six kinds of ?-lactam drugs such as amoxicillin, ampicillin, cefalexin, penicillin, oxacillin and cloxacil-lin in the milk by ultra high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). Two parallel samples were taken from each batch and 10 ng/g of these six ?-lactam drugs were added in the pure milk simultaneously to conduct an experiment of recovery rate. The results indi-cated that the recovery rate was 79%~92% and the amount of the ?-lactam drugs in the 25 batches of fresh milk met the requirement. This survey will provide the fresh milk quality monitoring of our city with data support.
