Abstract：In order to deepen the grassroots livestock technology promotion system reform and construction, we will try to enhance the grassroots livestock technology promotion system of pub-lic service capacity. Through a series of measures, Beipiao Livestock Technology Promotion Station has set up a sound new grassroots livestock extension service system. Grassroots Livestock Technol-ogy Extension System Reform and Construction promoted institutional innovation, improved the work-ing mechanism, strengthened the talent base and lifted the service efficiency. Through years of practice we have proved that grassroots livestock technology promotion system reform and construc-tion project, effectively solve the "the one last mile" problem of livestock extension service sys-tem.
