Diagnosis and Treatment of the Disease of Three-Yellow Chicken with Bronchial congestion

Abstract：Many avian infectious diseases can cause chicken by respiratory system symptoms, and leaded to the large number of death. Since 2010, the respiratory system diseases have appeared in chicken flocks in surrounding areas of Urumqi, Xinjiang. A disease characterized by the pathologi-cal change of tracheal hemorrhage, air vesicle pocket turbidity and the pale yellow cheese like en-dobronchial embolism. This diseases have high morbidity and mortality, caused serious damage. We took samples from a typical“bronchial congestion”case and made paraffin embedding slice for His-tological examination. At the same time, we used drug prescription with the major traditional Chi-nese medicine“Fabeiling”as a treatment for these diseases. As a result, the histopathologic exam-ination found that the primary bronchus, the secondary bronchus and the tertiary bronchus of dis-eased chicken were all blockaged with inflammatory exudates. The drug prescription with the major part of the“Fabeiling”has the significant effect in the treatment.
