Abstract：The animal husbandry development change rapidly, but with the increase of the amount of farming, for the prevention and control of livestock breeding pollu-tion, protecting environment, safeguarding human health, how to handle the problem of livestock manure is imminent.So the livestock industry workers should promote the utilization and harmless treatment of livestock waste, to protect and improve the en-vironment, safeguard public health and promote the development of animal husbandry.
