Abstract:Twenty-four Liaoning Cashmere Wether Goats were randomly divided into three groups, feeding with number 1 to 3 ration. All the Wether goat were investigated fattening performance, carcass traits, and meat quality. The results showed average daily gain (ADG), dressing percent-age in test 1and 2 were all significantly(P<0.05) higher than the control.. And the Cashmere fine were not significant differences after fattening. Meat percentage, loin eye area, perirenal adipose, rate of perirenal adipose to carcass, and GR Value in test 1and test 2 were all extremly significantly(P<0.01) higher than the control. Shear force in test 1and test 2 were all signifi-cantly(P<0.05)lower than the control. Feed to gain ratio in group 1 was the lowest, cost of ra-tions and cost of gain in group 2 was the lowest. According to the results it could been summa-rized that fattening performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of Wether Goats were im-proved after fattening.
