Determination and Analysis of tilmicosin Drug residue in chicken by HPLC

Abstract：Tilmicosin drug residue were tested from 64 chicken samples collected from urban areas using HPLC method. The results showed that recoveries for each analyte in chicken ranged from 70.5%~92.3%.This method is fast and sensitive, and can be used to simultaneously analyze residual of quinolones in actual samples. There is a relevance ratio of tilmicosin residue, therefore Au-thorities should take it seriously.
