Abstract：Liaoning province is the largest province in pig production, industrial development is es-sential to the national economy. Currently, the industry to accelerate development pattern is being bro-ken, relying solely on advanced production technology to promote industrial development could not have been sustained. With the advent of the information age,“big data”is coming into view, becoming poli-cy, science and technology an important one, a great come from behind the trend, and have a profound im-pact on the pig industry continued. Frequent fluctuations in the market environment, farmers can achieve a rational engaged in pig production, the amount of control in a multi-scale farming, breeding structure how to mix, how to choose the time of slaughter, to a large extent determine the pig earn-ings, becoming the first in the production of important issues of technology, therefore, enhance infor-mation guide, make a scientific pig is very important. Liaoning Province Animal Health Monitoring and Warning Center as the country's first specialized in pig production monitoring and early warning unit, long-term focus on pig production risk monitoring and early warning research in, seize the era of big data information service features full use of monitoring data transformed from a large number of valid information, pig farmers to provide services for the province. This paper describes its creation in the era of big data information service model, hoping to be helpful to readers.
