Abstract:Selected 105 piglets borned at the same time from 10 cotes, divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were injected inactivated vaccine of type 2 por-cine circovirus (PCV2) at 14d and 45d. The control group were not immunized by the inactivated vac-cine of PCV2. Clinical tracking observation was operated. Blood samples were collectted regularly. And PCV2-specific antibody was detected by ELISA. PCV2 virus nucleic acid was detected by PCR. The results showed that the survival rate and growth parameters of immunized herds were significantly higher than the non-immunized group. There was no significant difference between experimental group and control group in nucleic acid positive rate and antibody positive rate. And PCV2 nucleic acid and its antibody had been detected in the blood at the same time.
