Abstract:Twenty-four Liaoning Cashmere lambs were randomly divided into three groups, feeding with number 1 to 3 ration. All the Lambs were investigated fattening performance, carcass traits, and meat quality. The results showed average daily gain(ADG) in test 1and test 2 were all higher than the control, and age of the highest ADG in test 1 and test 2 was respectively 4th moth and 5th moth, while that in control was 3th moth. And the Cashmere fine were not significant(P>0.05) dif-ferences after fattening. The dressing percentage, meat percentage, and loin eye area in test 1and test 2 were all significantly(P<0.05) higher than the control. Perirenal adipose, rate of perire-nal adipose to carcass, and GR Value in test 1and test 2 were all higher than the control. Shear force, meat color, water loss, and cooked meat percentage in test 1and test 2 were all higher than the control, but no significant(P>0.05) differences between test groups and the control. Accord-ing to the results it could been summarized that fattening improved ADG feeding higher ME and crude protein than the Conventional feeding group in Liaoning Cashmere lambs, and slaughter perfor-mance and meat quality were increased.
