Abstract：Abstact:Immunize the piglets which were 28 to 30-days-old with the JXA1-R strain high pathoge-nicity PRRS (Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome) attenuated vaccine. Sampled the blood every week for the first Eight weeks, then sampled two weeks a time untile sixteenth weeks. The samples collected for virus detection. The results showed that the JXA1-R strain high pathogenici-ty PRRS attenuated vaccine can be surviving for six weeks, but some piglets appeared infected by the virus intermittently.
