Abstract：May 8, 2012, Changtu County established the first national animal health monitoring and early warning center, began to explore and improve livestock statistical monitoring and early warning system. End of 2013, the county built the county, township and village levels monitoring and early warning system, with its unique ways to serve the village for the benefit of farmers. From the organizational architecture aspects, focusing on the monitoring and early warning system Changtu County Livestock composition and operational characteristics, hoping to inspire the majori-ty of practitioners.
