Abstract：HA test and HI test were the important means for evaluating of the prevention and con-trol effect of avian influenza and Newcastle disease, and the monitoring data was important basis for analysis of the immunogenicity and immune time. Although two methods mentioned above were sim-ple, the deviation appeared easily if the operation was not right. The influence factors were dis-cussed about the two methods for reducing errors in daily experiments.
