Abstract:This study aimed to screen out the dominant spoilage bacteria in the dead animal pol-lution-free disposal fermenter, which provided the theoretical basis for the development of accel-erated microbial to decompose animal corpse. Collected liquid samples from the tank, according to 10-fold increments dilution method, screened out a dominant strain in the dead animals decomposing progress, using the traditional method for isolation, identification and molecular biological iden-tification to identify the dominant strains. The results showed that the advantage bacteria was ge-nus Bacillus subtilis, which 16S rRNA gene sequence has a 99.53% homology with Bacillus subtilis strain 22(FJ435215.1).
