Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of compound Chinese medicine stomach long agent on meat quality of broilers, In this study, according to single factor experiment design, 160 similar weight 14 day old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, 10 repeats in each group, 4 in each repeat. The 1 group was the control group, fed with basic diet. 2, 3, 4 were experimental groups, from 15 days of age, respectively, add 0.5%, 1%, 2% compound in basal diet growth-promot-ing agent, feeding for 3 weeks. Determination the muscle pH, drip loss, malondialdehyde(MDA)con-tent in chicken muscle and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC). Results showed that by Comparing with the contol group, the 24 hours drip loss rate 45 minutes pH、24 hours pH in experimental group tended to improve(P>0.05), and the 48 hours drop water loss rate,MDA 0 hours and 48 hours, T-AOC had significant difference(P<0.05). The addition of compound Chinese medicine on meat quality of broiler chickens with no adverse effects in broiler diet.
