Abstract：In order to monitor the dynamics and influence factors of the antibody of Peste des petits ruminants Vaccine, and further understanding the immune efficacy and safety of Peste des petits ruminants Vaccine used on sheep flock in Liaoning province, the antibody test and pathogen detection (including vaccine virus) were carried out on the samples from the sheep immunized with Peste des petits ruminants Vaccine at 7d, 14d, 21d, 28d after immunization, and then the monitoring datas were analyzed, the results indicated that at 7d, the group quality immunization rate was above 70%, and no vaccine virus can be detected, and the immune efficacy and the safety of Peste des petits ruminants Vaccine are very reliable.
