Research on intramuscular fat deposition related gene of beef

Abstract：It has been drown wide attention of researchers both at home and abroad that the in-fluence of consequence gene on intramuscular fat content, especially on the breeding of high-grade beef. The discovery and expression of those genes and their effect on the beef intramuscular fat deposition were summarized and prospected in this paper.
