Effect of cinobufagin on the activity of Immune Cells in mice

Abstract：In order to observe the effect of cinobufagin (CBG) on the activity of immune cells in mice, MTT method was used to detect the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes, the phagocytosis of peri-toneal macrophages and the killing ability of the NK cells to target cells in mice. The results showed that CBG within the specific dose can enhance the proliferation of mice splenic lymphocytes alone or work with non-specific mitogen (Con A or LPS), CBG alone can enhance the phagocytosis ability of perito-neal macrophages and raise the killing ability of NK cell to target cell remarkably. The results demon-strated that CBG can enhance the activity of immune cells in mice.
