Research on the expression Levels of Toll-like Receptor 15, Lymphocyte antigen 86, Tripartite motif 39 mRNA in Bursa of Fabricius in chicken with Different days-old

Abstract：The expression levels of Toll-like receptor 15 (TLR15), Lymphocyte antigen 86 (LY86), Tripartite motif 39 (TRIM39) mRNA in bursa of Fabriciuss of different days-old chickens was detect-ed by real-time quantitative PCR. The results showed that the expression level of TLR15 mRNA in chicken bursa of Fabricius at 10 day-old was significantly higher than the level at 18 embryo-old, while the expression level of TLR15 mRNA was almost the same between 10 and 30 day-old. The expres-sion level of LY86 mRNA decreased after post-hatched, and the level of LY86 mRNA at 30 day-old was significantly lower than the level at 18 embryo-old. The expression level of TRIM39 mRNA increased after post-hatched, and the level of TRIM39 mRNA at 30 day-old significantly higher than the level at 18 embryo-old. The findings suggested TLR15, LY86 and TRIM39 have vital roles during the course of the development in bursa of Fabricius.
