Abstract：Classical swine fever and pseudorabies as two different categories of major animal diseases still exists in pig breeding farms, which directly or indirectly affect the healthy development of Chinese pig industry. Recently with the continuing breakthroughs and innovative in comprehensive prevention and control measures , with the development of the diagnosis technology of classical swine fever and Pseudorabies, laid the foundation for the purification of those diseases, in the meantime this subject as an important project has been included in the national long-term plan for animal disease prevention and control, this article combined animal diseases monitoring technology along with prevention and control technology, provides the suitable technical route for the purification of Classical swine fever and pseudorabie.
