Application analysis of microsatellite markers from Silurus meriaionalis on Silurus soldatovi

Abstract：In this study, thirty-one microsatellite markers from Silurus meriaionalis were se-lected to analyze the applicability of Silurus soldatovi. Among the thirty-one microsatellite mark-ers, fifteen microsatellite loci had high versatility, and the number of alleles per locus was ranged from 1 to 15. The loci with AC repeat motif had more allele, on which the polymorphisms were higher than others. Therefore, they add density of genetic markers on genetic linkage map. More important, it would construct solid foundation for Silurus soldatovi protection and molecular breeding.
