Induction of L-from avian E. coli and sensitivity tests of common antibiotics

Abstract：E.coli were repeatedly passage by disk diffusion method with ampicillin as inducer to study the L-form. E.coli L-form were identified with gram stain, tested under microscope and colony observation and thallus observation. Pathogenicity and drug susceptibility test were also carried out. Results showed that E.coli can emerge stabile pathogenic L-form after 11times subculture and appear resistant to Ampicillin , Ceftazidime and Cefazolin. The results provided theoretical basis for clinical treatment and detection.
