Discussion on Detection Standard of Lead in Feed and the Risk Analysis of Lead Content in Feed in Liaoning Province

Abstract：It is controversial about whether the background should be deducted in the detection of lead in feed. This article make comparations the two mode. The recovery was 110.8%~135.8% af-ter removing the background value with no background deduction. But the recovery is 94.2%~94.2%with background deduction, which is closer to the real value. The impact on the test results with high concentration of calcium ion condition was analyzed. The recovery is 117.6%~254.2% with no background deduction and it is 85.6%~87.7% with background deduction. The result is higher than real value in the condition of no background deduction. This study has reference value to the in-spection institutions of grass-roots level and feed enterprises.
