Abstract：Report of the Science and Technology Award is one of the important concluding declara-tion research project report. Writing a good "work report" is extremely important during the final stage of the research. This paper mainly focused on five aspects including the project background and origin, the performance of the project, the organization, achievements, problems and prospects in future work .
