Abstract：Immunological evaluation indicator of Avian influenza (AIV) and Newcastle disease (ND) is very important for scientific advising the immunology of domestic animals. It not only con-cerns about immunization programs of poultry and grasp of immune time but also relates to healthy poultry production and economic benefits directly. According to the monitoring data on immunologi-cal antibody of AIV and ND in recent years, the immunological distance of the hemagglutination-in-hibition (HI) was detected, and the indicator of boundary slip (Q) was established,the research was developed. And then compared with the qualification rate of antibody and other indicators, the indicator Q could be used for the scientific analysis and the evaluation of the level of poultry immunology and healthy situation of poultry. This is significant for the immunological prevention of AIV and ND, and gasp the immune situation and immune time of the disease through evaluating this indicator.
