Effects of fermentated protein feed on the production performance and meat quality of growing-finishing pigs

Abstract：Effect of fermented protein feed instead of normal protein feed on the performance and meat quality of growing-finishing pigs were studied in this paper. The results showed that com-pared with normal feed, fermented protein feed could significantly increase the body weight and daily gain of fattening pigs, increase the income by 78.72 yuan, increase the gross profit by 33.98%, significantly reduce the pork shear force and drip loss, improve the level of pork amino acids and the meat quality, enhance the nutrition of pork nutrition.
