Abstract:In order to better develop prevention measures of cow mastitis, 6,289 milk samples from dairy cows suffering from clinical mastitis in Shenyang area were collected and used for bac-terial isolation and identification. Four classes totaling 3, 549 kinds of bacteria were isolated, mainly Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, and Streptococcus uber-is. The antibiotic sensitivity test revealed that E. coli strains were highly sensitive to piper-acillin, ofloxacin , clindamycin, and vancomycin.
