The expression of the BMP-2 gene in the skin of Liaoning Cashmere goat

Abstract：In order to detect the expression of the BMP-2 gene in the skin tissues of perennial and seasonal type of Liaoning Cashmere goat, β-actin gene was used as an internal standard gene. The results showed that the expression level of BMP-2 mRNA in perennial type of Liaoning Cashmere goat was slightly higher than that in seasonal type of Liaoning Cashmere goat skin tissues(P=0.079).
