Abstract：In this study, the polymorphism of blood biochemical indexes was investigated by the activities of three blood enzyme in the Zhuanghe bone chicken, and the correlation analysis be-tween meat and egg production performances were conducted in order to screen for two advantageous genetic markers of meat production and one advantageous genetic marker of egg production, one ad-vantageous genetic marker of both meat and egg production marker.
